We have adapted an Industrial Internship Course with a 30 Credit Point (CP) into our engineering curriculum. The course is offered in various textile factories in the form of on-the-job practical training.
To improve our internship program and to maintain its sustainability, the entire community of our institute in collaboration with company people is putting enormous efforts. we are very proud that most of the company peoples have understood the benefit of this internship program.
Results of Our First Round Mentoring Conducted from November 12 – November 22/2011
At the current time we have placed 72 textile Engineering students in various textile companies in the country. We have conducted our first round mentoring and we have seen that the current internship semester has many improvements than last year though there are still some challenges that we need to improve.
